***Festivals reserve the right to make changes at ANY time.  Please keep an eye on the schedules to be sure of your time slot.  If there are any changes I will notify you as soon as I receive them.

Miss Jaimie, Miss Alexi or Miss Callie have no control or say in the scheduling of competitions or changes made.  

These are set by the festival committees and competition management.

**Remember**

Your dancer must arrive at the venue 1.5 hours prior to their scheduled dance time.

They should be finished about 1 hour after they dance and you will be free to leave if you wish.

Please allow for this when making your plans for the day/weekend.
